Pro-Packing

BPS offers custom packing and crating of household items, furnishings, and antique artifacts to individual and commercial clients. We source the most efficient and secure carrier services available to ship each parcel.

Loss and Damages

  • Any existing damage to items shipped or packed must be signed off by the shipper before BPS agrees to handle the item with the understanding that BPS is NOT liable for this existing damage.

  • BPS is responsible for any items damaged or lost on site.

  • Loss or damaged packages while in transit are the responsibility of the carrier and NOT BPS.

Terms & Policies

Insurance

  • BPS is an authorized shipper of FedEx, UPS, DHL, and common Freight carriers.

  • BPS offers insurance packages valued at up to $15,000.

  • Standard carrier(UPS, FedEx, DHL) liability insurance is $100.

International Shipments

  • Any and all taxes, and duties on international shipments are to be paid by the client or recipient.

  • it is the result of the client paying for any fees associated with a return shipment for failure to pay duties and taxes.
